Most curious (or alarming is probably a better word), is these targeting grids drawn on the desert. Unlike the other more geometric designs, these designs are reminiscent of city layouts, especially 'old world' cities where streets developed organically over time rather than via city plannign.
Above are some examples of major world cities with similar city plans. None of them match, but you get the point. Perhaps a more exhaustive search would reveal a match (prospective target). I think the target grids above are probably not specific to a city, but to 'teach' the satellite targeting system how to identify targets in a non-geometric target environment.
An interesting target I found was this one. It appears to be a 'strawman' power substation. There is no power feed into it, or from it, and the high-dollar components are missing, but the design clearly implies a power distribution center. Imagine being able to surgically take down every power substation in the USA within 30 minutes.
